At La Canadienne, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
